A conversation with Rumyana Krasteva

Rumyana Krasteva is the office manager of Galardo Real Estate. Although behind the scenes, she occupies an extremely important place in the team. In addition to maintaining order in the office, its main and most important activity is communication with clients on site and by phone. She has a degree in finance and business administration, but for more than 15 years she has preferred to communicate with people instead of working with annoying numbers.

What do you like most about your profession and why did you choose real estate?
My strongest quality is communicating with clients. This is also something I do with pleasure, because even when your day goes wrong, one conversation can change your whole attitude.

Working with clients always requires attention and attention to every detail. How do you deal with them and what are the most common inquiries?
Sometimes the customers themselves are very confused. I often have 20-30 minute phone calls in which the other party explains the excellent conditions offered by the property, but when the broker and the photographer go for meat, they encounter discrepancies with what is presented. Anyway, my job is to listen to people and to approach adequately in different situations.

We live in an extremely dynamic world, in which we observe the development of technology every day. Does this change the way you work? Is the effect of digitalization positive or negative?
Positive, of course. Now brokers do not distribute large folders with information about real estate, as it was some time ago, but open their phone or tablet and with one click can reach what is needed.

Why is active communication between a broker and an office manager extremely important?
The work of the broker is quite intensive. This brings with it constant changes. That is why active communication between us is of great importance so that we can react quickly and update any new information.

What is Galardo to you?
Gallardo is a place with challenges that I conquer every day!

Where would you take a person who is visiting Sofia for the first time?
The area around Galardo's office is full of many sights, but the Church of St. Sophia is one of the oldest architectural monuments and differs from all other churches in Bulgaria. That's where we'll go first.
